How long does it take to receive an order?

Because we are a print-to-order company, each order is created after it's placed rather than pulled from warehouse inventory.

Most firefighter apparel designs remain open for ordering for approximately five weeks. After the deadline, we will prepare everything to ship in about two weeks. This allows our team to carefully print and coordinate orders for each department or event while giving your crew ample time to pick the best firefighter apparel without feeling like it's another urgent call to respond to.
